Mixed Fermentation Saison Infused with Local Elderflower. A single barrel of blonde mixed fermentation saison aged in oak for 18 months. We picked fresh elderflower from Hackney Downs in East London before rushing it to The Barrel Project to cold infuse into our base beer prior to packaging.

The aroma sings with soft, delicate honey and sherbert notes of elderflower pollen in bloom. Starting with a light balanced acidity the beer quickly transitions to a delicate elderflower cordial sweetness before finishing oaky and dry.
