Mixed Fermentation Saison Dry Hopped w/ Nelson Sauvin. Alc 6.5% Vol

A two barrel blend of blonde mixed fermentation saison with an average age of 24 months in oak. We moved this beer from oak to stainless steel tank and dry hopped it with a generous dose of Nelson Sauvin hops prior to packaging and naturally carbonating in keg and bottle.

The aroma of the beer is fruity, dominated primarily by fresh apricot skins with a touch of lemon zest. The body is thick and creamy, with a crisp and balanced bitterness. An explosion of ripe apricot, peach, lemon and lime that finishes slightly sweet leaving you wanting that next sip
