Perseverance

A three barrel blend of blonde wild ale with an average age of 14 months in oak before being dry hopped with cashmere, galaxy and motueka and naturally carbonated on keg and bottle. The aroma is bright and punchy from the heavy dry hopping with loads of pineapple, sémillion, lime, & spruce. This beer has a big lychee, vinilla & pineapple kick upfront before fading into a piney, lime pith bitterness and finishing dry with a warm touch of acidity.
