Oenophile

A single barrel of 50% Blonde Wild Ale and 50% 2019 pinot noir juice from Gusbourne Estate in Kent, spontaneously fermented in oak for 12 months. The aroma of this beer is very punchy with hints of citrus, oak, and an almost confectionary sweetness. Despite the light colour, the flavour carries through as recognizably pinot noir – with hints of dark cherry, vanilla, oak, and a touch of tobacco spice.
